History
Hapaweb Solutions is a Ghanaian Information Technology (IT) company with offices in Accra and Kumasi. The company started operations on 10 October 2010 as a pilot project in Kumasi.
In June 2012, Hapaweb Solutions was registered as a limited liability company with its head office at Asokwa Kumasi. In February 2017, the head office was moved to Spintex Road in Accra.
Area of operation
As an IT company, our focus is centred on the application of information technology both within the business, education and individual context.
Our core operation within the IT industry is in the areas of Cloud, Telecom, Web and Mobile applications. All our products and services are either derivatives or a combination of derivatives of these three areas.
Ideology
We are a company that puts good above profit, we do things because of the effect and impact it will have on others and not purely because of the money we can make off them.
But we are not a charity organisation, we have commercial products and services to make us profitable and sustainable. Yet even with our commercial products and services we still think good before profit.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Each year we devote a substantial part of our profit after tax to the areas of EDUCATION, ENTREPRENEURSHIP and TECHNOLOGY.
From 2010 to 2015, all our CSR activities were handled by our CSR department. In 2016, we registered the Hapaweb Foundation, a Non-Profit organisation to be the main channel for all our CSR activities and engagement.
