Through Channel:

  • Go to the Teams tab on the left-side panel.

  • Inside the team, go to the General channel or choose a specific channel.
  • Click the drop-down arrow next to the Meet button and choose “Schedule a meeting.”
  • Complete the New Meeting form and click “Send” to notify the channel members.

  • In a chat box, click on the conversation where you want to schedule a meeting.
  • Select the “Schedule a meeting” icon below the message text field.
  • The New Meeting form will open with required attendees pre-filled.
  • Schedule the meeting and join it via phone or desktop on the set date.
